Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Trustmedis is a health tech solution provider for healthcare facilities of various types in Indonesia. Trustmedis connects patients to health facilities through secure health information exchange platforms.

The candidate for this position will excel at providing actionable insights through research. By using mathematical/statistical approach to solve problems, this person will use their expertise to identify patterns and trends, ensuring high-quality and relevant data to enable Trustmedis to grow effectively and sustainably.

Responsibilities

• Work closely within Trustmedis Commercial Directors to develop a deeper understanding of the healthcare business, from data and metrics to figuring out strategic challenges and opportunities.
• Design and create dashboards using various business data to track business and product performance.
• Draw on strong business and statistical knowledge to organize research or development projects to discover customer behavior, patterns, and trends.
• Provide thought leadership to key stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights using appropriate analytical solutions.
• Conduct repeatable ad-hoc analyses to measure and interpret business trends.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics).
• At least 1 year of experience in business intelligence or data analyst field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
• Excellent problem-solving and process thinking skills.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (lookup formula, array formula, pivot table, etc) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills topped with strong communication and presentation capabilities in order to share recommendations.
• Comfortable using statistical/ mathematical approaches to solve analytical problems.
